Safety & scope

What this app is for, and where to get help.

This page says the same thing the app says on first launch, and repeats it here so it can be read before anybody installs anything.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger

Contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you live.

RAMA REFLECT does not provide crisis support and cannot contact anybody on your behalf. It has no messaging, no helpline directory and no connection to any service. Emergency and crisis numbers differ by country, so use the number published where you are.

In detail

Scope, stated plainly.

What RAMA REFLECT is

RAMA REFLECT is an interactive practice app for adults. It offers short fictional situations and a structured way to separate what is established from what is being assumed, consider other plausible readings, and choose a measured next step.

Everything in it is general educational and self-reflective content. The situations are invented for the app. They are not case studies, and they are not drawn from any real person.

What it is not

It is not therapy, a psychological assessment, medical advice or a crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any mental-health or medical condition, and it does not offer advice about you or anyone you know.

Specifically, the app does not:

  • assess, screen or score you in any way;
  • infer a personality type, a communication style or a psychological profile;
  • interpret anything about a real person in your life, including their motives or their state of mind;
  • provide crisis, self-harm or emergency content, or route you to a service;
  • use generative AI. Every sentence in it was written in advance.

Getting help

For advice about your mental or physical health, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. A practice app is not a substitute for that conversation, and it is not designed to postpone it.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you live.

Who it is for

RAMA REFLECT is written for adults aged 18 and over. The situations assume adult contexts — work, friendships, family, plans between people who organise their own lives.

How progress is described

Milestones in the app describe app activity only. They are not a measure of communication skill or wellbeing, and the app says so on the milestones screen itself. There is no score, no ranking and nothing to compare with anybody else.

Telling us about a problem

If something in the app reads as advice about a real person, as a diagnosis, or as anything other than a general practice exercise, that is a content defect and worth reporting. Write to app@managemy.online.

Privacy is a separate promise

Nothing you do in the app leaves the device, and there is no field anywhere for personal or health details.
